I have been in the Property Management industry since 2011. Working firstly for 12 months as a Rental Administrator I became very knowledgeable with the systems and procedures used by the company. I have also gained a good grounding in the control of rent arrears, a very important aspect of the job.

For the last two years I have been employed as Property Manager at the Manurewa office. I have found this role very rewarding, working with Landlords and also Tenants for the best outcomes for the owners assets. Because I have my own rental portfolio I am very aware of the need to communicate with my owners regularly on issues such as maintenance and Property Inspections.
